Lake Owen Camp

Mykel hooked up a Lake Owen camp session after the Minnesota shows and we had a blast. For being part of the Woodward family it sure feels different than a normal Woodard session in the hills of Pennsylvania. The place is amazing fun and the facilities make for a plethora of lines. Thanks for having us Lake Owen! Koji Kraft with a fine fastplant. He used to be a gymnast, can you tell? This micro mini was a favorite at camp. It’s basically a 4′ mini spine with an amazing hip into it. Read more »

Chisago Skatepark…

While driving to Lake Owen Camp from Taste of Minnesota we stumbled upon a small Skatepark right off the highway. We saw a few Bmx riders and decided to go ride. Division Bmx is about getting kids on bikes and getting a fulfilled life from it. Koji Kraft and Mykel Larrin put on a little demo for the kids and did a good job getting kids stoked. You never know who will show up to any small Skatepark at any time! Pictured above is Koji with a 360 nosepick on a small small spine. Mykel Larrin loves Read more »

Flip over Taste of Minnesota

I found a few pictures on facebook of the Taste show this past weekend. I know there is a lot of that background but at least it’s still epic. Thank you Zack Schauf for allowing me to steal these pictures. There was a large amount of exposure with the morning television crews, so that meant being up before the sun. Side by side flips for breakfast. Before breakfast actually… Share: Read more »

Taste Of Minnesota…

While half the team finished out Summerfest, a few of the boys went to St. Paul Minnesota to show the people a proper Bmx demonstration. We lucked out with having the best background at the festival, it was an awesome session! What could possibly be going through Mykel Larrin’s head at this exact moment? It didn’t turn out pretty to say the least. We ended up losing the last day of shows to a rainstorm. First time in a long string of shows that this happened. Don’t you love the Read more »

Summerfest Awesomeness

Another successful Summerfest in the books. At 6 years of involvement, Division has become a staple of the worlds largest music festival. Pictured are announcers Chris Oestreich and Joel Goeltry taking perfect form while Mykel Larrin blasts a flip with 3 extra feet to spare. Flash stolen from Greg Dickson. Tim Knoll could carry an entire show on his shoulders. Heck, he could carry an entire weight room on his shoulders if he really wanted. In all seriousness Tim rode more consistent than ever and Read more »

Bike Line Naperville IL…

Having ridden bikes for the better half of his 38 years, Jaimy Spritzer has done it all. He has had the major sponsors, watched BMX evolve and die and be reborn. He has ridden shows, contests, and everything in between. It is an honor to have him ride Division shows and bring his aggressiveness to the table He is also the king of raditude. (looking somone in the eyes while doing a trick.) Jaimy, 360 downside can-can, full raditude! The shows were at Bike Line in Naperville and they have had Bmx teams Read more »

Summer Solstice…

It’s not often that shows go down three blocks from the Division headquarters, but when they do it turns into a free-for-all on the box jump. All the heavy hitters were in attendence and flaunting their moves for the fashionable Milwaukee crowd. Mykel Larrin pictured doing a super-whip. Koji Kraft is a world champion. You really can’t say that about a lot of people. He is highly skilled, doesn’t get the credit he is deserved, and might be the best show rider ever. Straight Read more »

Momma Kranz Retirement Party…

Mrs. Kranz taught high school for 38th years and upon her retirement, she asked Division BMX to come out and make her party special. There are a lot of firsts here, Wades first flip over people, Momma Kranz’s first time being jumped, and the first retirement party show ever done. Don’t think amazing riding didn’t go down at the show. Rollie Flasch launching over Tim Knoll’s feet the hard way. New bike and a good tuck. Trail Ridaz! Boom! Wade Lajlar with a super whip. Verge Music Fest

Verge Music Fest went down this past weekend and Division Bmx was involved with providing riders and ramps for the street event. Several street assassins came from around the midwest to battle it out for cash money. Mykel, downwhip, awesome! Jeff Dowhen is a Milwaukee local and knows his way around the 9 ft quarter better than anyone. Footjam at height. I was told he did a can can on the way in from this! Heat! Mykel has serious boost and stretches his tricks further than anyone else. Don’t Read more »

Days and days of driving…

Division team is still driving back from Mexico and finding the most entertainment in Truck stops along the way. They help the sanity return because they are so outragous. Arizona for example. This is the rear view snapshot. Cody Cavanaugh, Mykel Larrin and Micah Kranz. Drivaz! This is a friendly reminder of the fun had last weekend. Mykel was a special guest in a Brazillian bicycle demonstration. Let me tell you Mykel had 40 pounds on the guy and he still rode a long long way. Be back to Milwaukee Read more »
